Hollander on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and he was with the well-regarded law firm, Tydings & Rosenberg, LLP, where corporate and general business law occupied his time as much as real estate. Peter is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of Comprehensive Housing Assistance Inc. (CHAI), an agency of the Associated, and has served as Vice President of Weinberg Senior Housing. Peter is also a past member of the Executive Committee & Board of Directors of The Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. Peter is a graduate of the George Washington University and an honors graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law.
For more than ten years, Kelly Burke has been a title professional handling complex real estate transactions for regional real estate developers, commercial brokers, lenders, and local residential agents. Prior to joining Continental Title Group, Ms. Burke was the President & CEO of Kenilworth Title in Towson, Maryland. During her tenure at Kenilworth Title, Ms. Burke managed the closing of transactions totaling more than 700 Million Dollars including residential sales and refinancing, complex tax-exempt bond issues, and development acquisitions. As part of the CTG team, Ms. Burke is responsible for developing CTG’s commercial and residential client base as well as uncovering new opportunities for expansion of the corporate enterprise.
Adam Holmwood manages CTG's Columbia office and has extensive experience in all aspects of residential real estate transactions. He has been providing legal services to the real estate communities in Howard, Frederick & Montgomery Counties for 10 years. Adam is an energetic and results-driven lawyer who is passionate about helping his customers and affiliates by providing sound guidance and resolving any issues that may arise during a transaction. Active in the community, Adam speaks at various educational seminars and is involved with many area associations. Adam is originally from Howard County and attended Wilde Lake High School. He received his undergraduate degree from University of Maryland and his Juris Doctorate from University of Baltimore. His professional affiliations include the Maryland Bar Association, Howard County Bar Association, and the Howard County Association of Realtors.
Born, raised and educated in the Baltimore area, Robin has been a Licensed Title Insurance Agent for 15 years. Robin leverages her background in Business Management and Marketing to build strategic partnerships and strengthen relationships within the industry and community. In addition to the traditional marketing and outreach initiatives with the real estate, lending and banking institutions, Robin also leads company initiatives related to social media marketing and community outreach campaigns designed to advance the company's image. Robin is a member of the Howard County Association of Realtors where she serves on the Social Committee.
Mr. Resnick has handled commercial real estate transactions for some of the region’s most prominent builders and developers for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Continental Title Group, Stuart managed RGS Title, LLC’s Builder/Commercial Division and served as that company’s Central Maryland Regional Director. Stuart has also been recognized as an expert in Real Estate matters by the Circuit Court of Baltimore County, Maryland, the Circuit Court of Howard County, Maryland, and in the United States Bankruptcy Court.
Cailin Quinn is the very essence of an experienced and tenured title professional. She has plied her craft for nearly 30 years working as an underwriter for stellar organizations such as First American Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Title Insurance Company/Landamerica, Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation and Real Estate Title Company. At CTG, she develops and executes business development strategies and handles commercial underwriting and escrow activities throughout Maryland. A graduate of Loyola University, Cailin resides in the Baltimore area.
Jordan Rosen underwrites a variety of commercial real estate transactions involving private, public and governmental financing. Such transactions include FHA/HUD insured projects, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects, various other multi-family/affordable housing projects, large-scale residential subdivisions, shopping centers, office buildings, and raw undeveloped land. Jordan represents a diverse set of clients, including commercial and residential developers, local and large-scale national builders, and local and national lenders.
Drew Delis joined Continental Title Group as a Commercial Title Attorney in 2016. Prior to joining CTG, he managed land acquisition and lot-option transactions for North American Title and their parent company, Lennar. As part of the CTG team, he underwrites complex commercial transactions involving shopping centers, multi-family housing, hospitals, office buildings, and raw land for a diverse set of clients, including developers, builders, lenders, and commercial brokers. He is a member of the Maryland Bar and a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and the University of Maryland Carey School of Law.
One of the most dynamic professionals in Maryland Real Estate over the last two decades, Billy Yerman has made a lifetime out of the safe transfer of real property. He is a past president of the Maryland Land Title Association and of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. In his long career Billy was CEO of Fountainhead Title and The Strata Group, an organization that encompassed a residential real estate firm, two title companies, a mortgage group, and a personal finance company. In addition to his business pursuits, Billy has given back to the community as a passionate advocate for the next generation by serving on the Board of Trustees of Garrison Forest School and as a past Chairman of the Board of Junior Achievement of Central Maryland. Billy is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, and the University of Maryland School of Law.
Brian Resnick has been around the title business his whole life and has been working full time in the title insurance business since 2001. Brian’s client base is made up of national and local builders throughout Maryland. Brian emphasizes a hands-on approach, serving as lead contact for his builder clients, overseeing all aspects of the Closing Process, including title review, title issue resolution, CD/CCS preparation, Settlements, and disbursements. Prior to joining CTG, Brian managed the day-to-day operations of the Builder/Commercial Division for one of the largest title companies in the Mid-Atlantic region located in Columbia, Maryland. Brian has a degree from from The University of Maryland at College Park and has a background in buying and rehabilitating homes in Baltimore City. He previously served as the Vice President of the Board for the JCC of Central Maryland.
